Assist in designing and setting up the right Loyalty/Rewards Program.

Offer training for core operational staff in the use of the software.
Monitoring of program and data. This will include registrations, Customer Spends and Redemption of Rewards.
Advising on communication strategies including integration with SMS gateway, Mobile app and Email.
Reporting and analysis of data with emphasis on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Periodical audit on data to study any impact or occurrence of misuse by users. The data will be monitored closely and results shared on a regular basis.
Periodical reviews with the organization's key stakeholders and authorized personnel. The objective of these meetings would be to review the efficacy of the program, improvements and future plans supported by the MIS generated.
